Are your bags authentic?
Our bags at bagseshop.com are 99% authentic designer bags; they are definitely NOT the kind of knockoffs you see on the street. Our bags are basically the same as the original bags, same genuine leather and brass hardware, same logos and markings, serial numbers, dust bags etc.. Except they are made by our manufacturers in Asia, not the original brand manufacturers; therefore, we can not legally represent them as 100% authentic. However, this allows us to offer you these beautiful designer bags at a fraction of the retail price.
Do you always have all bags in stock all the time?
Most of the items shown on the store are in stock or available; in the case if any items out of stock, we will inform you to replace or actual waiting period.
Do every one of your bags come with dust bags and authenticity tags?
Yes, bags come free with complete authenticity cards, tags, care booklet, correct serial number and mark, and a dust bag, but not with box or shopping bag.
Wallet, sunglasses comes with a box and cards. Tiffany with pouch, bag and tags.
How long can I receive my bags after I paid you?
Normally will ship in 48 hours after payment received from USA, unless items out of our stock, will be shipped from China, it may take more days.
The time for courier: It takes about 2 to 3 business days to all USA, 4 - 9 days to Canada, Asia and Austrilia and it may take 7 to 15 days to Europe and all other Countries.

In most case (95%) you can receive our parcels, sent by door to door courier, but if seized by your custom, we will re-ship you order (4 weeks after parcel seized) or refund 50% of the value to your next order.
You may need to pay a little duty fee, but in most case no need, depends on your country Custom Policy.
Can you tell me how to order on your website?

2. Submit the order,and email us the Order Number so we will email you Stock Report.
3. Send payment direct from ourwebsite payment processing service or Paypal, Western Union and write to us the payment information, so we will process it in priority, if any items no stock, we will email to you to replace.
4. We ship your order, and email to you the tracking number.
